The cylindrical body, brushed stainless steel and crystal clear acrylic, adds the right touch of simple elegance to any table setting. Designed in concert with the Reims u’Select mills, the three body panels of each size are proportionally the same. This allows the option of matching two Commercy u’Select mills, or mixing one Commercy u’Select with a Reims u’Select. Peugeot's exclusive u'Select grind adjustment system allows the grind to be adjusted with a simple turn of your wrist! Turn the ring at the bottom of the mill in one direction to make the grind finer; turn in the other direction to make it coarser. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. This mill is equipped with Peugeot’s exceptional salt grinding mechanism: it is unlike anything else on the market. Its two ribbed plates are made from a stainless steel blend that offers resiliency, rigidity and resistance to corrosion from dry salts. When the mechanism is activated, the ribs work to twist and fracture each salt crystal to the desired size. Mill is 6-inches tall.
